Being raised in a real estate and vacation rental family in South Texas, Anne Rosamond Fazekas has grown up with a unique understanding of the industry. After earning a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A & M University, she went on to acquire two Master’s Degrees from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, one in Hotel Administration and the other Business Administration.

Perhaps surprisingly, much of Anne’s 20-year career was not spent in real estate sales, but in marketing and event planning within the travel and tourism industry. As a marketing director in the highly competitive travel industry, Anne has mastered the unique ability to advertise in a way that stands out from the crowded market.

After falling in love with a charming country home in need of renovations, Anne and her husband, relocated to Martin, TN in 2014. This move gave Anne the opportunity to follow her passion in real estate while offering her years of business experience to her clients in both Kentucky and Tennessee.
