What a life! I am blessed to be a husband to my wife Stephanie for over 30 years and we have three children Courtney, Mattison and Canaan as well as my son in law Corey and Daughter in law Lola. Courtney and Corey are the parents of my amazing granddaughter Eloise Day! Throughout my adult life I have held many different positions within multiple career paths. I spent 19 years in the pharmaceutical industry and during that time I was in sales as a cardiovascular rep and as a senior neuroscience rep, a regional trainer and a regional team leader. I led my local team and also the region in various training endeavors. I've been a worship leader for over 30 years in various churches in Western Ky leading many diverse teams of volunteers and I've led my own small business employees to provide the best care in the industry when I began and ran my own residential assisted living home. All of this accumulated experience has given me a unique insight into what it takes to lead a team of people to be the best they can be for themselves and for the business they serve.
