Hi ya'll! I am Kelsie Bowen and am 30 years old. I have a beautiful 8-year-old daughter who is the light of my life. I come from a long line of careers. I started out in nursing, obtained my CNA license at 19, was promoted to General Manager at a restaurant shortly after, and changed my major to business. After five years in the food industry, I began working as a teller at U.S. Bank, then went into retail at the same time. After that, I started a job at McMurry & Livingston, PLLC, a local law firm here in Paducah.


I spent five years at the law firm as a real estate assistant. I aided in reading title exams, typing up the title reports, and obtaining payoffs for mortgages, liens, judgments, and the like; I also aided in preparing settlement statements and deeds for the closings. This is where my love for real estate began. I remember getting this job knowing there was going to be such a large learning curve, and I was ready! I think that is why I fell in love with real estate, you don't ever do the same thing twice and you literally, learn something new every single day.


I continued onto my life in college trying to decide on a degree. I had already obtained an Associate in Arts by the time I graduated high school and was halfway through my business degree. I was able to obtain several certificates upon completion of my Associate in Applied Science degree including General Business, Financial Perspectives, Accounting, Accounting Recordkeeping Specialist, Payroll Accounting Specialist, and Real Estate Pre-Licensing.


Fast forward and here I am, a member of Keller Williams! I have been a Realtor for close to two years now and have loved every moment. It isn't always easy, but it is definitely worth it! I take pride in my work and the houses my clients take on. I strive to always be honest and treat you with integrity.
